About the Business
We are a national award winning practice. We just love looking after people and their eyes. Come and discover why we have grown organically in 18 years to having 18500 patients without having ever advertised. We opened the practice in 1996 in the Mumbles, Swansea as a new venture. We (Judith and Austin) are both optometrists and decided we wanted to live and work in the same area, in short, to be community optometrists. We have been strongly influenced by visits to the USA in the 1980's where the standard of customer service was noticeably better than in this country. We decided that when we opened our own practice we would be obsessed with "customer service".
We want everyone who comes into the practice for whatever reason to walk out the door EVERYTIME and say "Wow, that was impressive". We treat each patient as if they were our own family and focus on what is best for them, not what is best for us.
