About the Business
As our name suggests, the HOME HEALTH CLINIC delivers something rather special to our many patients. Our innovative and popular practice provides home visits across, London, Middlesex and the surrounding areas, providing you with a full spectrum of eye test, hearing aids and eye care at home, a place and time of your choosing. The ethos of the Home Health Clinic is summed up by our corporate motto - "Consistently making people happy". The over-riding priority at all times is to deliver the best possible quality of health care to each patient in a friendly and informal fashion.
We started the Home Health Clinic in order to provide professional eye care and Free NHS Eye Test to the housebound. Our service is unique in the range of services and products provided. Over time, we have built strong relationships with our patients and answering to their needs developed our services further.
