Stoke on Trent, StaffordshireI paid over £500 for a set of new lenses, I kept my original frames. I've been back once because I couldn't see through them and now they are still not correct. I've fallen over twice because I can't judge where the ground is. Hurds want me to pay more money to address the issue which I am refusing to do. Getting Hurds to respond to the problem has been troublesome, they just don't seem to take my problem seriously. I've now been another optician to get sorted. In all honesty, I can't recommend Hurds to anyone.
